7-Day Return Period
We will gladly refund or credit your purchase within 7 days from the date your merchandise was received. Refunds are available on all non-specialty products. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Exceptions – Returns are not allowed for the following
- Products sold in 30 gallon and 55 gallon drums
- Custom products specially blended for a specific customer
- Products that have been significantly used
- Products that are not in their original condition or have been altered.
A 20% or $10.00 (whichever is greater) restocking fee will be charged on all returned items. These fees apply unless the fee is prohibited by law.
- Contact Preservation Solutions, 303.642.3060 within 7 days of receipt of product and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
- Return the product in it’s original packaging and apply tape around the cap to help prevent leaking. Include the RMA number on the package. It is recommended that packages be shipped with a tracking #.
- Your payment will be refunded, less shipping and restocking fee, upon receipt of merchandise in good condition
