Information We Collect About You
You are welcome to visit our site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information, unless you voluntarily wish to provide that information. When you order a product, subscribe to our newsletter, or participate in contests and promotions, we need and ask for personal information. This typically includes your name, billing/shipping address, telephone number, email address, and credit card information (if you are making a purchase). If you choose not to provide us with this information, we are unable to process your online purchases or requests. We maintain a record of your online purchases for your convenience. We may also track Internet domains and analyze this data for stats and trends. This does not affect you personally; it merely allows us to adjust our inventory to meet probable future demands.
Using Your Information
We use your personal information for our own internal purposes only: to confirm and track your order, to handle your subscription to our newsletter, and to analyze retail shopping trends and statistics to better serve your needs. We may disclose your information if it ever becomes necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against persons or entities who may be causing injury to you, to others, or to Advanced Tanning Solutions. Using Your Email Address
We collect your email address when you register, subscribe to our newsletter, enter an online contest or submit a request for information. When you enter your email address to submit an order we store this to contact you should there be a question or problem with your order and to update your order status so you may track your order if you wish. Additionally there is a check box which is pre-checked beneath the email entry box stating that it is OK for us to send you special offers and promotions via email. If you uncheck this checkbox, you will not receive these emails. If you enter any promotions or contests on our site by submitting your email address we will add that to our list of promotional emails. If you at some point do not wish to be contacted via email you may request this by unsubscribing to the email newsletter, sending a note on the request info page or call us, 303.642.3060, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. MST. We do not trade or sell any email address given to us.
How Do You Review or Change Information?
To change your information or shopping profile, please login to the site and visit the “Account” link and from there, you can change your profile and/or your password.

Moreover, when we receive your purchase information, additional state-of-the-art security measures protect you and your information while we process and fulfill your order. We only store your credit card information long enough to process your order and then all record of it is removed from our systems.
